fotografia soci Sebastiano Falesi, engineer, chart member of FERA, member of the Board of Directors and responsible for Project Development. Chairman of Zefiro Energia srl, a Company of FERA Group. Coming from a strong experience in the industrial energy & power sector (with Edison SpA, the first Italian private group in the production of electric and gas energy and, later, with Foxboro Italia – Gruppo Invensys) Responsible for FERA’s Project Development, coordinates teams during the entire process of the Project Management.
fotografia soci Cesare Fera, engineer, creator and mind of Fera. Chairman of FERA Board of Directors. He represents the Company towards participated Institutions and Associations. Directly involved in the implementation of the Company’s strategic guide-lines, as well as in the assignment and coordination of resources. Chart member of ANEV, the association which groups the most important private companies of the wind farm segment (60% of total Italian revenues). Chart member and Chairman of Castelli & Ville Lombarde, the association which groups some of the most prestigious dwelling in Lombardia. Educated in Italy and abroad, he worked with Baccarat, ABB e Techno Car.
fotografia soci Mario Pepe, MBA at Insead of Fontainebleau (FR), is member of the Board of Directors of FERA. Currently he is Director, Integration with UniCredit Markets & Investment Banking. In the past, he worked as Relation Manager for large corporate customers at UBM (UniCredit) and Banca Intesa, and as Consultant with Bain & Co. Italy (former Bain Cuneo & Associati).
fotografia soci Gianluigi Sagramoso, Director of Lemanik S.A., a fiduciary Company specialised in asset management in Lugano, and member of FERA Board of Directors. He currently acts as a member of the BoD of Lemanik Asset Management s.a. Luxembourg, a Company specialised in the management of Luxembourg Ucits 3, and of Lemanik Sicav and Arcipelagos Sicav (Luxembourg law funds).
