Cesare Fera, a graduate in Electrical Engineering from the University of Padua, he is the originator, Chairman of the Board of Directors and the life and soul of FERA. Cesare personally deals with the implementation of the company’s strategy and mission. He is founder of the Italian National Association of Wind Energy (ANEV), an association which consists of a collective of private companies who are dedicated to building wind farms.
In 2010 he also founded the Italian National Association of Thermodynamic Solar Energy (ANEST), of which he has been Vice President.
Prior to founding FERA, Cesare was Sales Director at Techmo Car, a leading aluminium machinery manufacturing company. From 1998 to 2010, he chaired the Lombardy Open Castles and Villas Association, which promoted the development of the region and its heritage of castles and villas.
From 1996 to 2000, he worked at ABB Industria, first as project planning manager for Europe and North Africa, and then as implementation manager of the automation division restructuring process, named ‘Total Optimization Process’. From 1995 to 1996, he worked in marketing for Baccarat, in Paris. From 1984 to 1990, he worked to promote Franciacorta DOCG wines, managing both production and sales at the award-winning winery at Bornato Castle in Franciacorta, Lombardy.
Luigi Pennisi, has been an Engineer with FERA since October 2002. Up until 2007 he dealt with project development and then until 2012, with project management. Under his management, the first FERA wind farm was built, the multi-award winning Cinque Stelle (Stella, Savona, June 2007), as well as the Santa Luce Wind Farm (Santa Luce, Pisa, January 2013), to date it is the largest wind farm in Tuscany. Since 2013, he has been responsible for the management of the operational facilities of FERA’s wind power division. In addition to consolidated technical competence, he possesses in-depth knowledge and experience of administrative and regional approval procedures and interactions. Luigi trained in Italy and abroad, with previous experiences in GE Nuovo Pignone and Procter & Gamble Italy.
Raimondo Riccio Cobucci is a chemical engineer who has over 25 years of managerial experience in the Energy, Oil and Gas sectors in Italy and abroad. He is currently the founder and CEO of RC Energy and the CEO of FERA. He is responsible for developing the corporate business contributing to the acceleration of the country’s renewable electricity production. He previously held senior positions in major energy companies such as Edison and Ionio Gas.
Attilio Franchi is a civil lawyer who specialized in Corporate Tax Law at the Luigi Bocconi Commercial University in Milan. Since 2008 he has dealt with legal assistance and consultancy with particular attention to the legislative decree n. 231 (which relates to a company’s liability). Attilio is the Chairman of the Supervisory Body of numerous companies.
Sandro Brambilla, graduated in architecture from the Polytechnic of Milano, he then worked as a freelancer and founded the architect firm AR STUDIO BUILDING (1969-2018) which was based in Milan. During his career he designed numerous public and private buildings, hotels, schools, retirement homes, industrial buildings, sports centres, public parks, underground car parks, public parks, recovery plans and implementation plans both in Italy and abroad. He had among his most important clients Ansaldo Energia, Ansaldo Breda, ABB Tecnomasio, ABB Transmetal, E.N.P.A.M. (National Insurance and Medical Assistance Body), I.A.C.P. (Person-Focused Approach Institute) of Milan, Municipality of Milan, the chain of Antares Hotels, and the Maugeri Foundation. He was: a member of the Board of Directors of the Consortium for the North Park of Milan, a member of the town planning commissions of the municipalities of Bollate and Arona; vice-president of the Union of architects of the province of Milan; three times elected a member of the Council of Architects of the Province of Milan, of which he first held the position of Treasurer and then Secretary. He currently deals with real estate and urban planning consultancy.
Charlotte Stelling, graduated in Economics and Commerce from the Danish University of Aarhus. She has worked for start-ups and prestigious industrial groups, such as Lucchini Group, ASM Brescia (today A2A SPA), CF Gomma (FIAT Group), FERA Group and Gruppo Impresa SRL. In more than twenty years of experience, she has dealt with administration, finance, management control, investments, management of Italian and foreign investee companies (as managing director). She currently deals with M&A for the FERA Group.
Bernardo Rucellai is a civil lawyer and a graduate of Università Statale di Milano. From 1996 to 2004 he worked at Carnelutti, a law firm in Milan and at Mc Dermott Will & Emery. Since 2005 he has practiced independently in both corporate and commercial law, in assistance and consultancy activities aimed at both Italian and foreign clients, focused on the sectors of M&A, corporate governance, joint ventures, leveraged buy-out, privatization and insolvency procedures . Furthermore, he has specific and long term experience of business contracts and in particular franchising, distribution, agency, licensing and sponsorship. In the field of renewable energy, he has provided assistance to companies and individuals in the drafting of tenders and financing contracts for the construction of photovoltaic systems, both on the ground and integrated into roofs. He has held various roles at Falck Renewables SpA; from 2009 to 2017 as an independent director; from 2009 to 2014 as a member of the Supervisory Body and of the Internal Control Committee; from 2011 to 2017 as Secretary of the Board of Directors; from 2016 to 2022 as Secretary of the Remuneration Committee and in 2011 as a member of the Remuneration Committee. Member of the Board of Directors at the FERA Group since June 2022.
