Seven REpower 3.4 M104 wind turbines, of 3,4 MW, with a total installed power of 23,8 MW.

In operation since 2011, Vento Di Vino wind farm (Wind of Wine) is located 10 km away from the Mediterranean coast.

The area on which this wind ​​farm is situated experiences medium to high intensity winds. It is home to olive groves and vast wine crops, which extend along natural landscapes of extraordinary beauty and historical significance.

In fact, the Phoenicians, Greeks, Arabs and the Normans left visible traces on this land.

This wind farm project was designed and built with the aim of achieving optimal integration between the system, environment, landscape and local territory.

Vento di Vino has the largest and most powerful turbines installed in Italy at the time of the operation starting.

Construction involved numerous local operators, who collaborated both in relation to the supply of material and for the transportation of the turbines
